In Accordance with Government recommendations and Covid-19 these are the health and safety procedures I will be taking to ensure your wellness and wellbeing.

Please do not attend if you have been in contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19.

Please do not attend if you have a high temp or loss of taste/smell, and or a new persistent cough.

In the therapy room the furniture has been rearranged to allow a two-metre space between us.

Door handles, bannister, and seating will be cleaned before and after each client, and the hall, stairs, landing and therapy room will be sprayed with Dettol spray. As the chairs are fabric I shall put couch roll on the chair arms before each client arrives and remove, replace and spray after each use.

Where possible the window will be open in the therapy room, (dependant on noise and confidentiality)

Tissues and water will need to be brought with you.

At the front door I shall have alcohol-based hand sanitiser for use when you enter the house and when you leave. The NHS check in will also be on the front door for you to access via the app.

When you arrive I shall open the door, and the therapy room which is up the stairs will already be open for you to go straight to the seat near the window.

On leaving I shall open the therapy door and go in front of you to open the front door.

Payments need to be online where possible or via card machine if not.

I shall be wearing a visor and a mask and you are welcome to use a mask or visor or both, whatever helps you to feel safe.

I shall minimise how many clients are seen face to face to two per week, and I will continue to offer telephone sessions if you prefer.
